Quality Control & Packaging

TekTube is engaged in trade and retail business and considers quality control to be at the core of all its processes. Whether it is sales transactions, warehousing, storage, distribution or logistics management, we have a system in place to ensure that our customers get the quality they expect.
Our logistics management focusses directly on getting products out of the warehouse and straight to our customers, ensuring quality control from beginning to end.

Quality control is performed at various stages within TekTube. Regular checks include the following:

Inspection upon receipt of raw materials and of parts that will be placed into production, or of finished goods that will be for resale.
Inspection prior to production.
Inspection in-process. Inspections will be made at intervals during the production process.
Inspection after production. This is considered the final inspection and testing stage. All of our finished products will be inspected and tested.
Inspection prior to shipping. The orders placed by a customer will be inspected and not shipped until the final inspector has cleared them.

Specific inspections and checks carried out before shipping:

Product safety. Inspectors focus on whether products are safe for use and in compliance with safety and health standards.
Compliance with the company’s own specific requirements, according to standards detailed within our Quality Manual.
Quantity. The number of items packed for shipment must coincide with the number of units ordered by customers.
Product specifications. Inspectors check function, workmanship, color, size, and other technical specifications of the product.
Packing. Orders are packed securely and properly. During shipping, it is possible that there could be careless handling by the shipper. Therefore items are packed appropriately, depending on the nature of the product, to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
