Which countries do you ship to?
TekTube ships worldwide using TNT UK for domestic shipments and TNT Worldwide for international consignments.
Other carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx & UPS are available on request, and are also available should you wish to use your own carrier account.
Cut-off times for carriers are as follows (BST/GMT)
TNT/FedEx - Domestic 5 PM
TNT/FedEx - International 5 PM
DPD - 11 AM
UPS - 12 NOON
FedEx - 5 PM
DHL - 3 PM
Do you accept returns?
All parts sold by TekTube carry 90 days RTD warranty or the balance of the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is the greater. Please complete the RMA Authorisation form here to start the process.
Do you offer bespoke packaging and transportation options?
Our customers include FTSE 100 companies, VARs, resellers and businesses across the world, each with specific needs. We custom configure orders, answer RFQs quickly and use our network to source new, used or out of warranty products. Parts can be requested online 24/7. We ship internationally and also blind ship as necessary. All orders are dispatched the same day providing products are in stock and ordered within our shipping window.

Do you buy redundant/unwanted IT equipment?
TekTube is interested in buying your IT equipment. Please hit the button below and complete the form provided, and we will make an offer for the equipment you have. If our offer is acceptable, arrangements can be made for collection, or alternatively you can deliver to our warehouse yourself. Prompt payment will be made after the equipment has been evaluated against the specification provided.
